So I could write a book on my experience although I will spare you the time. I believe the mechanics name is Todd, he is one of the owners also. They are a great group of people running that show, they aren't miracle workers but they shot me straight and didn't sugar coat the fact that I had an engine failure. They worked with me so the breakdown wasn't such a blow to my wallet.

My husband needed an engine replaced in his 2002 f150 so he called around for esti. Although Ridders was the highest, my husband chose them because of the timeframe to get it started and their reputation for doing good work. Truck was there Sept. 8th. My husband purchased motor, wrong motor, so Ridder finally let us know what motor to get and my husband purchased and had shipped to Ridder repair. This is the highest rating I would have ever given a place. Let me describe my situation. I was one hour into a 7 hour trip to the Black Hills in my 2008 F250 Diesel. About 10 miles out of Norfolk we had a gear light come on, a loud fan noise, and the transmission fluid temp gauge go dead. We were pulling our camper and carrying our kayaks, and bikes.
