Overall great experience. Only issue we had was the puddles of spray the guy left after he sprayed the inside of our house. I know RIDD claims to use pet and child friendly chemicals but if my dog were to start licking it up, I feel like that can’t be good. Plus puddles indoors generally isn’t great.. but other than that, the first visit was great!
Donovan provided excellent pest control service at my home today. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the treatment process and answer all of my questions. He was thorough in his work and made sure everything was completed properly before leaving. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. It's clear that he takes pride in providing great customer service. I highly recommend Donovan as a technician to anyone that joins RIDD Thank you for a job well done!
This company does excellent work! The presentation of services from Xavier were great and he was very knowledgeable regarding the product and its performance. When Kanai came to service on day one, he was on time, professional and completed all my service request. You will not be disappointed with this company!
Ryan C. was absolutely amazing! He was professional, personable, and had a great sense of humor, which made the entire experience enjoyable. He communicated clearly throughout the visit, explaining what he was doing as he treated each area of my home and making sure I felt informed every step of the way. If possible, I would love to have Ryan return for future treatments. He truly provided outstanding customer service. 10/10 — I highly recommend Ridd Pest Control, and especially Ryan C.!

He arrived on time and even sent me a text before coming, which I really appreciated. I had been seeing ants, roaches, and mosquitoes around the house, so I was pretty nervous and wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. He took his time explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He never made me feel rushed and answered... read more
