Ridd Pest Control failed to provide the services I contracted them for. A key part of the agreement was the removal of all spider webs from our home during each visit. Despite reminding them every time, this task was consistently neglected. This specific service was a major selling point presented by their representative at the time of signup. Austin was my technician! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to do a thorough job, spraying every corner, treating the yard and taking care of a few ant hills. Before he left, he made sure to let me know to wait an hour or so before letting my dogs outside. Always outstanding service. I love how well this company communicates and always on time. The technicians who come out to service the property have been professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the company’s sales process and contract practices completely overshadow that. I signed up expecting quarterly service, but was placed on a bi monthly service schedule instead. When I tried to cancel, I was told I couldn’t because of the contract. I got home from work and found the technician had left both my fence gates open to my backyard. This CAN NOT happen again. I'm so thankful I saw this before letting my dog out!
Brett was on time and did a professional job. He was very polite and informative. I would prefer to have Brett service my property everytime I am due for services. Brett is truly an asset to Ridd.
