Austin did a great job. He worked with our schedule so we could be home to treat the inside. Very polite.
I am highly disappointed with this company and their service, I didnt get the service I asked for upfront and when I called to speak to a representative about it they said they could add it on (which I was already supposed to have initially) and then they had the audacity to say it would be an extra fee, WHEN I asked about canceling the plan because the services I am receiving is not what I asked for the rep told me I would be charged regardless and didn't even try to help me with what I needed and wanted.
