Overall great experience. Only issue we had was the puddles of spray the guy left after he sprayed the inside of our house. I know RIDD claims to use pet and child friendly chemicals but if my dog were to start licking it up, I feel like that can’t be good. Plus puddles indoors generally isn’t great.. but other than that, the first visit was great!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time ever using a pest control company since I just bought my first home, and I honestly had a great experience. Kenneth was awesome from start to finish. He arrived on time and even sent me a text before coming, which I really appreciated. Stay away from Ridd Pest Control. This company is a scam. They send salespeople door-to-door, pressure you into signing a contract, and promise they will return if the treatment doesn’t work. That promise turned out to be completely false. I had two treatments, and neither one made any difference. After the first treatment failed, I asked them to come back. Donovan provided excellent pest control service at my home today. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the treatment process and answer all of my questions. He was thorough in his work and made sure everything was completed properly before leaving. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Kenny came out to my house and completed the service. He treated my entire inside and out. He was professional and informative. I had a lot of questions and he answered each of them. He wasn't bothered by all of the questions I asked. He was very personable. I hope that Kenny treats my home every time !
