I always receive a text for the day RIDD is coming to do service. The technician is very helpful and polite. Our house is not plagued by insects since they have been on the job. I highly recommend them.

Terrible pest control. Over priced. Rude customer service, if they even answer the phone. Said we could cancel in the beginning if we weren't satisfied, and then refused to let us cancel without paying $250. Come to your house even when there is a scheduling conflict and you ask them not to. The guy that has been coming to my house stomps through my gardens even though I've called about it more than once. They don't actually care about their customers needs or concerns. Dominique was very professional and informative. She took care of the exterior and ensured every side was treated. She came inside with the same thorough attitude. Even though the technician arrived a little later than expected, the overall experience was still phenomenal and that says a lot. From the initial phone call to the actual service, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and a personal touch. The owner was extremely informative and genuinely polite.
