In regards to Christophe Caldwell. This guy knows his stuff! He was very thorough throughout the treatment showing me every step of this way unlike our first service and had excellent communication skills. I want no one else to come but him from here on out:). We had been dealing with a serious roach and ant problem. With not being from the area, I was struggling for an answer. I always receive a text for the day RIDD is coming to do service. The technician is very helpful and polite. Our house is not plagued by insects since they have been on the job. I highly recommend them.
