I always receive a text for the day RIDD is coming to do service. The technician is very helpful and polite. Our house is not plagued by insects since they have been on the job. I highly recommend them.

Dominique was the MOST thorough technician we have had thus far! When she asked if we needed spraying inside, I let her know that through the holiday months, we hadn’t had as many opportunities to get the inside spraying completed due to travels and business. She gladly made sure that EVERY room was taken care of. Dogs smelling at her feet the whole time, all while having a smile on her face and having excellent customer service! THANK YOU DOMINIQUE!
