In regards to Christophe Caldwell. This guy knows his stuff! He was very thorough throughout the treatment showing me every step of this way unlike our first service and had excellent communication skills. I want no one else to come but him from here on out:). Keep up the good work because us customers really appreciate it!

We had Brendan and he was so polite as soon as we met him. Answered all our questions and gave us some heads up on what to expect. Very punctual!

I always receive a text for the day RIDD is coming to do service. The technician is very helpful and polite. Our house is not plagued by insects since they have been on the job. I highly recommend them.

WARNING: DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I was unknowingly charged 2X the promised monthly price for a service that does NOT even work. Upon contacting the Account Management team, I spoke with Isaac and Liam, both of which were NO help in resolving my issue. Instead they locked me in for a $99/month service when the salesman who I talked to promised that it would be only $48/month. Now I am forced to pay a $300 penalty to cancel a service that costs double what I was told it would cost. And I still have ants and moles. Abs... read more

Even though the technician arrived a little later than expected, the overall experience was still phenomenal and that says a lot. From the initial phone call to the actual service, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and a personal touch. The owner was extremely informative and genuinely polite. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch it felt like talking to a friend who actually cared about helping, which is rare and refreshing.
