First, I waited for and never received the text stating who was coming, that they'd be here shortly and if I had any concerns/ questions to let them know. I walked out to meet Jamie (only knowing his name when the 'Rate Me' text came thru). I told him I didn't want indoors sprayed but I did want the garage sprayed. Jamie sprayed around the outside of our house and in the middle of the garage only. I had a great experience with Brandon at Ridd Pest Control. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and what I could expect afterward. Kameron and his associate from RIDD Pest Control did a first-rate job today! They started with a friendly knock at my door to let me know they were here. They told me what they were going to do, they did it professionally and well. they shared information with me that I needed. Brandon U provided 10/10 service. He thoroughly explained the whole process and gave me advice on when I should pressure wash my home to make sure I don’t wash the treatment he applied away. Made sure I was satisfied before he left!

Id give them negative stars if i could. I have asked several times for them to reach out to me when it comes to scheduling but they wait until 4:59 the DAY BEFORE they schedule a tech and then close up so i cant reach out to tell them that time does'nt work. The communication is horrific. The staff is also awful. We have only had a good experience with 1 tech but all the others treat my wife like she is the biggest annoyance to their day. We have ducks and all we ask if for them to not spray on that side but they do it anywa... read more
