Hazel Tolentino has been amazing between helping us with our new MT-1502 to our DTF printer she stays in contact to help with any questions we have and always prompt response
I bought the MT-1502 and (2) heat presses. Overall, not terribly unhappy with the machine, but after this last go around with support, I will probably stay away from these in the future. They had me bypass a sensor instead of replacing the part and now that it's out of warranty I have to buy it. I've been waiting for 2 weeks and they still haven't shipped it. This was an amazing experience. And a very easy process. Also a Big thanks to Hazel Tolentino she did and is continuing to do a fantastic job. She is very helpful.
Ricoma has been very helpful with any issues that I have had with my new machine. I understand that a multi needle is a beast and its also a machine so there will be some issues, and I also have to learn my machine. Hazel Tolentino has been very helpful every step of the way and has made sure I was taken care of every phone call and email that I have made.
