I have used Rico for several medical transports over the years and had excellent service. The equipment and staff are excellent. Over a year ago they provided service from Houston to Amarillo which I paid cash for, but they agreed to file against my insurance and reimburse me. They use Golden Hour Data in San Diego for handling insurance services. My insurance is with the Department of Labor.
