Just getting into town to start our vacation, we started experiencing issues with our travel trailer. While calling the number to see when they were open again, Mr. Ricky answered and was very polite and knowledgeable. I went to visit his place the following morning for a service repair. I inadvertently flipped all 4 of my spring shackles when I jacked my 5th wheel up to repack the wheel bearings..when we got to our campground in Pigeon Forge I saw Ricky's RV Repair working just up the street from us...short story Joe had me fixed in no time, I would definitely recommend this company!
Was in Pigeon Forge for the LDwknd we had 1 of the 2 AC units go down in our Motorhome-we knew what we needed to repair so we called Ricky's as recommend by our campground-the parts guy (Wink was his name) was clueless as to what we was asking for- common AC part (run Capicator) so we thought we would make the trip to the location with part in hand- Boy was that a mistake Wink was still just as clueless and deer in head light looks-needless to say they did not have the part or the guy just didn't know who to look it up. whil... read more
On my 6 hour pull to Pigeon Forge I was made aware that my brake lights were not working on my travel trailer. This makes for a stressful pull through Chattanooga. I really needed to have that fixed before my trip back home. I went to Rickys the first morning there and they diagnosed the problem with my truck and charged only a nominal fee. Very friendly and responsive to needs.
Very honest and experienced service! Highly recommend!
