Used to be owned or at least managed be some asian guy now its some other guy and he is a total jerk. Doesnt greet no matter how loud or polite you say hello. After sating have a good day, forget about a reply youll get ignored. Been coming here for years, my parents and uncles came here before i did... this guy takes over and his first words to me are "how did you get here can i help you" cant remember receiving any other words from him after that. The hairy short owner/dude - worse customer service!, no acknowledgment, no friendly smile, no "thank you". He is rude and impolite. It's as if HIS customers are interrupting his day or his movie watching in the back. Or maybe he's always having a bad day... don't know really... and if he really hates his life, he needs to close his shop and move on. buddy- life is short. Go to A&L Pure Water instead, also in Mountain View, the guy is happy, friendly and hospitable to his customers.
