The hairy short owner/dude - worse customer service!, no acknowledgment, no friendly smile, no "thank you". He is rude and impolite. It's as if HIS customers are interrupting his day or his movie watching in the back. Or maybe he's always having a bad day... don't know really... and if he really hates his life, he needs to close his shop and move on. buddy- life is short. Go to A&L Pure Water instead, also in Mountain View, the guy is happy, friendly and hospitable to his customers.
