BEWARE *** THIEVES Wow, these guys are thieves.... quoated me $700 then shafted me with $1500 bill at the end (without prior authorization) and the job wasn't done completely after 5 days passed the promise date. Then this Ricky guy was like, I'm keeping your transmission if you don't pay. They already have 4 complaints with the Department Of Agriculture. This place is a rip off I had paid Grimes to rebuild my transmission. now I have to pay someone else that knows what they are doing to fix it right. I am so disappointed that I gave this place 1100 bucks only to have it break down again... I tell people my story and they all tell me you should have known better than to take it to grimes... Grimes.. you suck
they done 1 helluva good job they done a helluva good job they were all courtious and just a pleasure to be around ricky told me what the problem was and got right on it i strongly recomend them they also know about any other car problem too
