I got a Commuter 2.0 several years ago and recently had an issue with the shoulder strap attachment being loose randomly. I presumed it was from wear and tear as I threw this thing around a lot through the years. I emailed customer service with some pictures and got a fast response to send out a replacement updated shoulder strap at no charge. This plus the fact it's held up all these years overall has me recommending Rickshaw 100% for anyone considering a bag. Thanks Mark!
I got a large Zero messenger bag. A good bag at a reasonable price. A simplistic design that suits most basic purposes. A cheaper bag would likely be more flimsy. A tougher bag with more features would cost more. Maybe a lot more.
