The head of the COMPANY responded within hours of my question. It is so marvelous to be able to pick the fabrics for my bag. The designs are really timeless. The thoughtful way they tackle sustainability is compelling. And I just kind of want to hug them all.
Simply sad. Rickshaw never responded to my emails, phone calls, FB posts, or other social media contacts. I placed an order on 01/09/19 but wanted to make an adjustment to the order. Radio silence. I emailed, nothing. Called, nada. Sent messages via social media...zippy. This was a terrible first impression of a business that, in the near future, I was hoping to place a sizable order. Well, good way to leave money on the table. I recommend people take their business to a company that actually cares about their clients.
I now have two Rickshaw Bagworks pen & pencil holders and they are beautiful and useful!
Enquired about a non standard, product (but they previously made a version for someone else), and it wasn’t a problem i choose my custom colours & ordered 2, got the pouch’s today, they are fantastic, excellent quality, i would defiantly recommend. i’ve even placed your medium red vinyl sticker on my bookcase with, all the other Vinyl Decals :), if i need another bag, i will defiantly be in contact. cheers from the UK. :)
Beautiful, locally made, and excellent customer service! I've had my messenger bag for about 8 years and have had to have it serviced twice. They are always gracious and prompt. Highly recommend!
I got my first Rickshaw bag at a TED conference--loved it so much that when a buckle broke, I purchased a second one. Really well thought-out and extremely durable.
When I first bought my iPad bag years ago, I wanted a phone pouch, but their pouches didn’t fit my phone. Instead of apologizing and ignoring, they took measurements and made me one within a few days. Their service was awesome.
