I was out of the country today and my 17 year old son was stranded alone needing a key to get into his car. We called Ricks Lock and Key at 12:30 and was told someone was being dispatched. FOUR HOURS later a locksmith arrived. Each hour I called in to see where they were, I was lied to. The owner said he was “not interested” in giving us a discount for our wait and lack of customer service. I will never use them again.
Thank you Ricks Lock N Key for making a second remote key for our new SUV. You guys are the best great customer service and friendly.
