Very disappointed customer. I purchased a $200 winter blanket and after being worn twice, the fabric holding on the buckle completely came off, rendering the blanket useless. I brought to the store, with receipt, to ask for an exchange. I was told this is not possible and I should deal with the manufacturer myself. Dover saddlery has assisted me in the past with exchanges, without the headache and hassle. They deal with the manufacturer on my behalf when the product is broken/defective.
