We just had the best experience shopping here . There Black Friday sale on pants was great. The staff is incredibly friendly. I called asked them to hold two pair of pants since we live an hour away and they did. We will be back. Thank You and Merry Christmas to all

online ordering just the worst expierence I ever had in the horse world.Never a email confirming shipping(even after they ship i still have no emails) or a call to apologise after sveral attempts to figure out what was going on. They dropped the ball and lost a customer. Still no apology or a 10 % off next order, nothing. Bad on line service period,The store employess though did help to solve issues.
They were wonderful sizing me for a new saddle and helping me with the whole process.
Just bought my new saddle there a few weeks ago and they were wonderful with helping me! They have a large selection of just about anything you could be looking for (English not really western though).
