Worst customer service ever! Purchased a rambo with a guarantee they never returned any of my calls resulting in me having to call Horseware directly. Fraudulently charge my card when trade in blanket got lost in the mail and took opening a claim with USPS to find it. BUYER BEWARE.

The sales associates at Rick's Heritage Saddlery in PA are not to be trusted! After conversing with multiple people there over the phone, I drove over an hour to bring in a perfectly good saddle for an exchange and while I was getting the new saddle from upstairs they BROKE my saddle while examining it and played dumb that THEY broke it and then refused to take for the exchange, making up lies. Now I have to pay for repairs on a saddle that I didn't cause. They are liars and have the WORST customer service. I will make sure ... read more
