I shop at Ricks at least once per month. The employees at the West Chester store are just fantastic. Always willing to help and they remember their customers! I was at Devon last year and walked through their tent and they went out of their way to say hello. Any time a store makes it more about the customer, you win my approval. As for quality of merchandise and pricing, I have never had an issue. Poor quality control... I ordered a product on 8/22/16 receipt stated to be delivered 5-7 days - day 8 no product. I called was told item was out of stock, they would be receiving it 9/1/16 then they would ship to me... I needed it by 9/3/16 for my daughter last horse show of the season, I was not notified of the delay.. Very disappointed in quality control... great prices, but if you can't get the product!! timely...
