I used Rick's service for the first time and I was very happy. He was on time, very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. He was very clean and provided me with some great tips on how to maintain my chimney. I would deffinately use him again and will refer to others.
Rick came out originally to just check on my chimney as a courtesy. He found major work that needed to be done. Not only did he stay that day to make sure my chimney was safe, he returned as soon as he could to make some other much needed repairs, even though his schedule was booked and it was his busy season. Great to work with and very reliable. Will definitely use him again!!!
Rich cleaned my chimney today on this cold January day. He did an amazing job in a very professional manner, very efficiently, and everything was cleaned up after the job was complete. What I liked most about Rick was he answered a lot of questions I had on my woodstove and chimney system very knowledgeably. This guy loves his job and I love seeing that trait in the people who come to service my home. Looking forward to doing business with him in the future.

We recently had Rick come and service our fireplace/chimney. In the past we used a company that is very well known in our neighborhood. They techically get the job done, but I was not very impressed for several reasons. After looking into reviews of several companies both large and small I found Rick's. Rick has cleaned our chimney two or three times in the 12 years we've lived in our current home. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. Rick shows up on time, does excellent work at a reasonable price, and we couldn't be happier!
