I got a personalized sandwich with roast beef and Cajun sauce and a strawberry cake and I'm telling you it was the best meal I've had in a long time!!! I highly recommend Ricks �
My son wanted a zombie cake for his 6th Birthday. My sweet cousin wanted to buy his cake as a gift. Of course, Ricks was the only choice. She went in the week before with a picture in hand. They told her they were heavily booked but would put one together. It was above and beyond what we expected and tasted amazing! My son was so excited! Thank you for helping to make his party awesome!!!
My family has bought ricks cakes for years. Do they taste great ? Yes, of course. However, is the customer service great? No, it is not. Was trying to get my sons first birthday cupcakes, smash cake, and sheet cake, I was told they were to busy. Shannon an employee then tried to sell me on an awful edible picture arrangement. Then proceeded to shame us for not being aware that they need a month in advance. If you're to busy that's fine but at least be nice about it and don't judge repeating customers or any customers at all.... read more

Finest bakery around!! Real flavor instead of jus overly sweetening everything
The last few cakes my family ordered from Rick's were subpar. One was very dry, and the other, which was a top tier to celebrate a 20th anniversary, wasn't decorated anything like the picture I took them. So I decided to give it another try and order a birthday cake. The girl that took the order was too busy emailing and texting on her cell phone while taking the order.
