My family loves Rick’s cake. Whenever we have a special occasion in central Arkansas, my parents always ask me to make a cake order. Nothing compares to the taste and quality that Rick’s provides in NWA or the River Valley. This time was no different. Ricks did the cakes for our daughter and son in laws wedding and the cakes were beautifully detailed and tasted amazing. The cakes were delivered on time and we had no issues. It was a simple, seamless process. The cakes were better than I expected to get!
My son's first birthday away from home this year now that he is attending college. I called Thursday to order a Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake, the girl was very polite and helpful. They had the cake there the next day exactly when she said they would. My son was very happy, and for that, I am a happy Mama! Thanks Rick's for being there to make him this cake when I couldn't :)
They have a,Martha Cano working there illegally. She using my information fraudulently they've done nothing. Contacted local authorities, irs, security office and ice. No call back from them
