I just did not get anything that resembled good customer service. Is that their thing? Being rude to the customers who have a question?
An amazing place for delicious beautiful pastries. Fudge is to die for.
I ordered a cake couple weeks ago and cake was not like I ordered. I told them about it but they wouldn't fix it. Went today to buy a special gift for someone and lady at desk was really rude. She said she did not have the time to fill a donut with filling, which is something they always do. The service has gone down and prices are really high for the lack of good service.
I always stop there for pastry & coffee when in Fayetteville. I have never been disappointed. Friendly service too.
The bakery itself was forboding. A general sense of impending trouble, yet that uneasiness served to heighten the pleasure of our experience. .. Once through the entrance, we were greeted with hearty, somehow sensual, full body embraces from Rick's crew. I lost all sense of time, licking raw cookie dough from the vintage, wooden beaters that Rick playfully slapped patrons bums with. I highly recommend a trip to Rick's Bakery!
We had a great selection at 3:30 pm! We’ve tried the donuts, blueberry muffins, and a cream horn. Our friends in Bentonville wanted us to bring them a snack from Rick’s Bakery!
Love this place! Excellent customer service and kids always want the donuts!
