The owner Billy is great. Honest and willing to work with you. Hard to find a mechanic that you feel you can trust. He does just that.
If you care about your car enough to name her, take her to Rick's. They always take care of "Cassandra the Super Jeep" and it shows! They work fast, clean and there are never surprises when you get your bill. Billy and his staff understand that it's not just your car or that thing that takes you to and from work- cars are personal and the service for them should be as well.
I have been a customer of Ricks Auto for years. Billy and John are excellent mechanics and go above and beyond when it comes to service. Ricks Auto keeps our cars running smoothly with no worries. Billy is a honest business person and runs a reliable shop. Repairs, inspections etc are reasonably priced and Billy will work with you on any major repairs vs just throwing a huge estimate at you.
