Rick's is great if you're already intoxicated upon arrival. Popular 'last stop' for the legal (sometimes) Spartans. Yeah the service is whack, cups are dirty, water often tastes of dish soap and the shortcomings of one's dreams, and the bathrooms are certainly horrific. But to Richard's defense, it's not meant to be a classy place- hence the need for beer goggles.
