I generally do not write reviews, but my experience with Rich and his team was so stellar, I had to share. First, I contacted our tile manufacturer to get contractor recommendations, as I had previously hired a company that specialized in tile roofs, but that had not done a good job for us. The fact that Rick John was among the names provided by Ludowici said a lot to me. I had Rick John install a new roof several years ago to remedy an existing leak issue. The leak returned not once, but twice after the new roof was installed and after Rick John did some touch-up work around the flashing along with installing a cap for my chimney. After contacting Rick John personally to fix the issue again (for the 3rd time!), I was given his absolute word that he would solve the problem. As he said, "it's my reputation." Absolute worst! I don't even know where to begin. The gentleman that I work for used them. His roof was leaking and he asked me to give them a call. They said they would be in touch by the end of the week. Never showed up, never called, I tried reaching back out to them multiple times, nothing! They showed up two months later. It came and left and never exactly said what they repaired. Whatever, it was it was not the problem because the leaking is still an issue. That's if they even did anything. Called a few roofing companies who either did not service the area or quoted outlandish numbers. Called Rick last week and sent him a few photos, and he gave me a resonable quote. His two guys Mike and his partner came out today to perform repairs and I'm extremly satisfied with the results. Guys were extremely professional as well!! Will recommend RickJohn to my firends / family who are in need of roof repairs.
