As a homeowner with a slate roof, I appreciate how knowledgeable, friendly, and kind their team is. They’re in high demand because of their unique skill set, but they communicate well throughout the process, providing updates and always remaining patient and courteous. I highly recommend them! we have been dealing with a roof leak for a little bit, we have slate so it was tough to find someone who still specializes in slate roofs. we were recommended to Rick John Roofing and we are very satisfied. very easy to communitcate with, willing to work with you and the guys that came to do the repair were very pleasant, tidy and did the job well. we would recommend Rick John Roofing to family and friends. (now hoping for a rainy day to make sure we are completely leak free now!!) lol
I generally do not write reviews, but my experience with Rich and his team was so stellar, I had to share. First, I contacted our tile manufacturer to get contractor recommendations, as I had previously hired a company that specialized in tile roofs, but that had not done a good job for us. I had Rick John install a new roof several years ago to remedy an existing leak issue. The leak returned not once, but twice after the new roof was installed and after Rick John did some touch-up work around the flashing along with installing a cap for my chimney. After contacting Rick John personally to fix the issue again (for the 3rd time!), I was given his absolute word that he would solve the problem. As he said, "it's my reputation."
