Dr. Ricketts is a kind, compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen to his patients. I have never felt rushed, or like a number, to him. I'm grateful for Dr. Ricketts!
Has been my Doc since '93 and I'm doing well
Dr Ricketts has been my family doctor for many years and I highly recommend him. He is a very down to earth person who spends lots of time with you and he is very good at listening to your needs and working with you. I never have the feeling that he is in a hurry and wants to move to next patient. He will stay with you and go over everything with you until you are taken care of, regardless of how long it takes.
In December I had a physical and blood work drawn. I was called three weeks later and asked to come back in because they had concerns with one of my samples. 3 weeks! I came back in and one week later (and several phone calls later), I am still waiting on my results for a test that should have/could have been read the same day.
