I highly recommend Rick as a real estate agent. He is very knowledgeable of the market and homes, while also being very honorable. He made my process of buying a home very easy. He is a VERY good negotiator and knows when to and when not to push harder for the best deal. I worked with Rick for a year to find my home, and will never forget the things he did for us to make us comfortable and secure in our new home.
