Rick is an amazing realtor, and more importantly an amazing human being. He’s honest, hard-working, he does not pressure people. I highly recommend Rick as a real estate agent. He is very knowledgeable of the market and homes, while also being very honorable. He made my process of buying a home very easy. He is a VERY good negotiator and knows when to and when not to push harder for the best deal.
