Working with Rick was great since day one. We randomly met through Zillow (thankfully) and saw a handful of houses together over the span of 6 months. He was always super responsive and ready to talk about anything. Rick's knowledge of the buying process and market is vast, but his ability to walk through houses and see issues is just about on the level of home inspectors. My budget for the location I wanted was difficult to match. And both Rick and I knew that. But even knowing that I wasn't able to afford a lot, Rick still went to showings with me and kept my spirits up over almost half a year. In the end, he found me a great house (a for-sale-by-owner, so it was not listed), and helped me through the non-traditional sale.
