Absolutely amazing car-buying experience. It was my first time buying a "real" car from a "real" dealership. I was very nervous that I would work with the typical salesman who tries to push things that you don't want/need and that are out of your price range. Fortunately, Jeff Phillips didn't do any of that! And the finance department didn't try to push unwanted warranties either. They give you the information and let you decide for yourself. If you're not in love with your current vehicle, get a new one. Some people dread the thought of buying a vehicle. If you're one of these people, go to Rick Ridings and look up my guy Jeff Phillips. He is great to work with. Jeff is easy to deal with and a blast to just talk to about other topics than buying a vehicle. I got a GREAT deal and felt so happy driving away in my new F150. I just purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium! I drove 5 hours for this car and arrived almost two hours before my appointment time. Jesse Olson was my sales associate, Jesse accommodated my husband and I (as we were early). He was very helpful, and made our whole experience pleasant!
