I was out of town visiting family and happened upon Rick Ridings Ford in Monticello. I stoped in to see what they had and found something I was interested in. Jesse Olson, who helped us, was amazing. He was very up front. Since I didn't go in with the intention of buying a car, he was patient as I didn't have everything at the ready. The whole team is amazing. Every business needs individuals that are better together than alone. Ridings has an amazing online and interpersonal communication staff! I'm sure there are many behind the scenes people that help make the process so smooth. I honestly don't know how they make money on these cars. The prices are so low! And you don't lose anything in terms of car quality and personalized service.
