Rick is the best! He is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond as a buyer and seller’s agent. I spent so many hours trying to pick out what colors to paint my house when I was selling it and he had it figured out in a few minutes. We had so many showings and an above price offer the first day! He also is very attentive and customer service oriented when selling. He is always there to answer my questions about my new house. Worked primarily with Rick's partner Chris, but our closing was with Rick. We purchased a home and both of them were extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and professional. Chris even went out of his way a few times to help keep me from making decisions that would cost more money. Overall I'm very glad that we went through Chris and Rick and if we buy or sell a home in the next few years, they will be the first we call.
