Saw a car that I loved. Told them I would be back around 1630 to buy it when my husband got off work. Showed up and they had just sold the car that we were going to buy. Piss poor customer Service. Will never see a penny of my hard earned money.
Great place. Went in to have a couple of key fobs programmed for my Silverado and they did it quickly and easily. Service guys were polite as could be too. Price on it was very good and reasonable also. Will certainly keep them in mind for any future automotive needs.
I began my search 2 weeks ago. I stopped in Rick Jones several times to look at vehicles. Using the Rick Jones Internet site, I would surf and then go in and drive a certain vehicle. I was on that lot several times. The salesman always greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I made jokes about driving everything on their lot. Salesman was completely understanding. Well my husband and I just stopped by to get tires rotated and an extremely rude man said is it for a Ford or GMC (he saw my husband get out when we pulled up) my husband stated a Ford and he quickly and hatefully pointed out the Ford house down the road.. Stating to my husband let the Ford house help you. Sir you are in the wrong business to have an attitude like that. That's okay we took it Frontier Dodge down the road and they are happy to help. Hope your day gets better.
