We were on our way to Amarillo to work for the week. Our truck went into limp mode and engine light came on. Oh no what's wrong and where can I get this fixed. I was at I-40 and Country Club in ElReno. Called Rick Jones GMC they close in 15 minutes. I begged please help me. When we got there they welcomed us not by "with we're closing" but come on in we'll getcha back on your way. Still love this place! Went for an oil change and they were fairly fast. Everyone is very nice and kind. I loved that they had an area where my 3 year old could play and color! As always, Thanks Rick Jones Buick GMC!
One of the very few dealers left who do business with integrity and with a conscience. Rick is involved in the business and appreciates every sale. Try and meet the owner at any other store and see what you get. You all are tops, good job.
I was the only one there when I arrived. They got my truck right in,waited 45 mins, Looked in the parking lot and see my truck just sitting there. The guys all sitting in their office doing nothing. So I go in and ask of my truck is done because I see it sitting in the parking lot. They guy says "oh! Yeah. Let me get your paperwork"". Really!!?? I was so aggravated! They can deal w my husband next time.
They need to be open on Saturdays just for oil changes.
They are the nicest, fairest, trusting people i have ever met!!! I will buy my next vehicle from them. Great place and honest people!!!
