The service manager needs to stay away from the public. He was rude to me and I already made one young lady cry.

Purchased a 2017 Buick Lacrosse from Rick Jones. I trade cars all the time and have worked for dealerships in the past so I know the good ones from the bad ones. Rick Jones did a very good job. No unnecessary pressure or weird tricks. Not too pushy on the finance side of things either. It was a great experience all around. I will most likely trade with them again in the future because I really love my Buick!
