Best Dental practice in San Antonio I have been a patient here for over 20 years. No need to go any where else. Dr. Parma won't sell you anything you don't need. The entire staff is caring, down to earth and fun to be around. Most people groan when they go to the dentist...not me! It's like visiting friends.
