Something went amiss with my appliance and it was therefore quite uncomfortable to use. I called the office to let them know of my predicament and an appointment was made immediately. When I saw Dr. Parma, he saw my appliance's problem and very expeditiously corrected it. In fact, it fit a lot better than ever before! Bravo Dr. Parma!!

Dr. Parma is excellent. He does a great job explaining exactly what he is doing. His entire staff is great. I've had to call him several times after hours and he is very quick to respond. When it comes to cosmetic dentistry he is the best.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years. No need to go any where else. Dr. Parma won't sell you anything you don't need. The entire staff is caring, down to earth and fun to be around. Most people groan when they go to the dentist...not me! It's like visiting friends.
The manner in which Dr. Parma and his staff dealt with me was quite refreshing. Walking me through possible issues and potential treatment was refreshing. A very professional organization.
