My Panamera went for a 20K service. I bought the car at another dealership, but Rick Hill dealership was closest. When Rick Hill did the service and brought the car back to me, the AC wasn't working, the car was wrongly programmed, and when we popped the hood after it came to a dead stop today, we saw a door missing on engine cover. If you call them, you get put on hold, then calls disconnect and or they connect service to parts department, or sales, but never the right person. I’ve bought several vehicles from Rick Hill and have always used them for service. It’s always been an excellent experience. Jeff Wilson and the service staff are always great to work with! Always well taken care of and the service is done right. I’m very particular with my vehicles and they definitely go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied and your vehicle is taken care of.
From the moment I arrived I was greeted and treated like their favorite customer. I came in for a factory recall and they gave me a loaner car. Even checking out was a pleasure. I will come back again.

THEY SELL CARS OUT FROM UNDER YOUR FEET WHILE WAITING ON AN INSURANCE CHECK. UNBELIEVABLE I HOPE YOU TWO CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO PEOPLES FAMILIES.
