Over the last few years we have purchased several cars from Rick Hill. Every visit to their sales or service department has been a pleasant experience. The service Department is exceptional, always helpful and courteous. Always giving me a complete explanation of the work performed and time required. Every time there I have been offer a loaner while work was being performed. I highly recommend Rich Hill for either sales or service.
Had appt for oil change and service. Was given time that service was to be completed on my Porsche, and as always, given a loaner car to drive while the above was being performed. Customer Service is fantastic. No need to ever shop anywhere else.
Dropped my 2019 Porsche GT3RS off for an oil change yesterday. I originally had a ride but that feel through so they provided a loaner car to use while the oil change was taking place. Great customer service. Refreshing experience.
