Excellent and Honest!!! UPDATE 5/2013 I still have the same vehicle bought in 2006...I have made repairs but nothing i can complain about...Calling Rick to finally buy another car. 2005 Ford Freestar Purchase I also purchased a 2005 ford freestar van from Bayus motor.I went to get it inspected and it flunted. The passenger side CV joint and the rear light was out. I've tried at least 15 times to call them and no one answers I believe this must be a catch all #, we have also tried stopping. From what I see Rick is a crook and hides after his sales. I will eventually catch up with him and make him live up to his promise, of taking care of his customers
The WORST I bought a car off of Rick about 2 months ago and it has given me nothing but problems, and when I tried to call and get things fixed never recieved any return phone call I went up there and all they kept doing is making one excuse after another first he wasnt there, then they would try and call him after they ofcourse got him on the phone he said he would come right up to the car lot I waited for over a hour he never showed and still has not made my car right. overwhelming Recently I started looking for a new car and I kept notes on all the places I visited. Heres the scoop.
a horrible scammer!! This place sucks. First off he is prejudice against people who have a family unless you are a single female he will scam you. Also, this rat tried to sell me a car that was in a flood. The whole entire trunk was rotted out and rust including the donut. when I asked if it was in the flood he said No! What a liar. This place sucks!
GREAT SERVICE I recently bought a wonderful solid car from Rick Bayus. They were so nice and understanding and extremely patient with me I must of test drove a half dozen cars they were completely honest with me with the minor things wrong and willing to fix everything, they were affordable and were willing to work with me on my budget of being a single mother of 3. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a affordable good used car.
