1 year later & my roommates and I never got security deposits back or even a notice of owed dues. One of my roommates rent payment portal was broken the entire time we lived there. Neighbors in our duplex found out washer/dryers were affecting electric bill & landlords told them they’d reimburse all of us, meanwhile my roommates & I had no idea about it. My roommate and I moved into an apartment and discovered mold in various areas that started ruining our belongings. We then found out we had fleas and we were covered in bites and had to re-wash all of our clothes, bedding, etc. To get anything done you have to reach out to people that are based out of North Carolina who don’t answer phone calls or text messages. The location of the apartments are convenient for classes but not worth the hassle. Not sure how any of the buildings passed code inspections. Huge nightmare!
