If I could give 0 stars I would. I got to the office early, my vitals were taken, and I got sat in an exam room for 2 hours without being seen. That’s incredibly unacceptable. I stuck my head out and asked for updates to only be told I “was next” three times in that 2 hours. THERE ARE BETYER PRACTICES TO GO TO. Dr Richter you should be ashamed of your practice

While I knew Dr Richter prior to seeing him for a medical issue, his staff completely destroyed the experience. They were rude, unresponsive, and generally nasty. I had a serious, life threatening condition at the time no one could figure out— until I went to a different Dr and he figured out the problem within one week (two visits). I did not go back to Dr Richter specifically due to his nasty staff!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received while experiencing a colonoscopy. The staff was friendly, competent and professional all at the same time which eliminated all my fears. I was most impressed when Dr. Richter took the time to consult with me after the procedure even though he had other patients. I will certainly recommend Dr. Richter.

Dr Richter was my doctor for several years including during colon cancer. He was a wonderful doctor in all ways. Very professional and yet very friendly. I'm getting too old to travel into Atlanta from 2 hours away so am using another provider now. However I still urge anyone I can to see Dr Richter. Thank you for being an excellent doctor.

First of all I wouldn’t recommend no one to Dr.Richter. He wait time is about 2-5 hours. I’ve been with him for 4 years and I finally decided to leave him. It not so much him it’s his staff and NP. They don’t follow up with test results or calling your meds in always have to call back next day for nurse to call them in again.

I highly recommend Dr. Richter for you colonoscopy! The staff was friendly and down to earth. They really made you feel comfortable and relaxed for your procedure. Dr. Richter is a Excellent Provider. He can make magic happen without pain. I love this Man. He saved my Life.

I totally agree with the other reviews and shouldn't have taken note before going here. We really liked Dr. Either himself and on making appointment the office staff were nice but after it was a nightmare trying to get test results and get thru on the phone. His assistant repeatedly insisted to me things different than what the Dr. Said. They repeatly told me they would call me back and didn't. Office staff and communication with patients need great improvement in this office!

I was totally disrespected by Dr. Richters office staff on all levels.I was given no insights as to my disease and was shown the door without any office summary or future appointment information. When I called back I was hung up on and the office phones were turned off.

I personally feel he really cares you and explains everything very well to you.
