We bought a home in Sparta they built and sold. They agreed to punch list of items that need to be finished before we closed on the house. They not only failed to finish the list to this day, but getting them to do anything was very stressful because the only time they would respond is when we got upset, and sent strong emails reminding them of the items they agreed to do before closing.
