My family and I rented for a couple years or so and to me who have worked home improvement for 10 years and work maintenance for 3 year for the state and with my experience in home improvement value is one thing that was a must know. My rent has been raised three times in a year. Our maintenance man quit and nobody has come to fix my bathroom light. Bathtub is very dangerous and confined. Jacuzzi hasn’t worked in years, now the swimming pool is green and full of hundreds of baby frogs and adult frogs, mosquitoes and flies are flourishing in it. Snakes are feeding on a dead stinking bloated falcon that’s in it. The sparkling pool and jacuzzi is a lie here at The Villas of Jonesboro. I have the pictures and video to prove it.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. SINCE JULY 19,2024 IVE BEEN IGNORED BY CORPORATE AND NOW THEY THINK THEY HAVE A COLLECTION. I was refused a walk through when initially signing lease and ensured the property was clean and move in ready. I paid rent and deposit and received keys to prepare for my move in.
