In the last 10 months we've purchased 3 outdoor couches, 4 umbrellas, 3 chaise lounges, and a bar dining table for our backyard deck at the Rich's in Lynnwood. We have mostly dealt with Cheryl throughout the selection and purchase process. Other sales associates at this location have been extremely helpful, but a big shout out to Cheryl for going beyond the call of duty for her patience, advice, and friendliness each time we visted the store. Sheryl at Rich's for the Home is awesome. She knows about all the products, takes the time to answer questions and to make everything work out perfectly. I love the insert and the outdoor furniture I have purchased through her.

I would like to let you know that riches for the home is an awesome place to shop. They have such a quality furniture and accessories. The staff, especially Troy S****, we are all awesome. I felt like I was home when I was there. Their products are high-quality all the way. And will last a long long time.

All it took was one phone call I’ve been a homeowner for more than 30 years, but I’ve never been as pleased with a home improvement project requiring tearing into walls as I am with the new fireplace at the condo. I called Troy, he looked at the original fireplace and gave me a group of fireplaces from which to choose. I was treated like a King. Kim, saw to it that my wife and I overviewed a giant selection and understood the quality of what we were looking at. This must be one of the largest outdoor selections of furniture and hot tubs in the NW. With her assistance and the Mike's further assistance on delivery, our *** **** ****** home was transformed to a fantastic getaway experience.
