My wife and I just spent a lot of time at Rich's in Bellevue, WA. We were interested in a new Hot tub and gas insert Fireplace. We met Ryan T******* and he proceeded to inform us of each product. We told him our needs and our wants. Ryan has been employed at Rich's for quite some time, thus his product knowledge was incredible and if he didn't know something, he inquired or looked up the info to find out and let us know. Over the years we have purchased in excess of $12K from Rich's for the Home in Bellevue, WA. The products were primarily from Treasure Garden. Over the past couple of years a couple (2) of the products that were under warranty had issues. In initial conversations with Rich's Customer Support I have been told that I would have to pay for the replacement parts. It wasn't until I reminded them that the products are under warranty including the invoice numbers, only then did they decide to cover the products. We waited over a ye... read more

My husband and I had been looking for a fireplace insert for our home and Sheryl was so amazing to work with. She listened to what we wanted, asked us questions about how we would use the insert and even lit a fire for us in the one that we liked. We were in during the fireplace sale and were greeted and helped within 2 minutes and were never rushed in the process. We ended up getting the insert installed just before the big snowstorm and the whole process was great and we love it! We will be back! Thank you, Sheryl!

I met a representative (Derek) from Rich's at their booth at an event where they were showcasing their Coast brand hot tubs last summer. I was not quite ready to purchase a hot tub yet, and made this apparent to Derek from the getgo, but he still spent an inordinate amount of time answering and question I could think of and educating me on Coast's hot tubs. Disappointment in their service/ installation and follow through. Purchased fireplace insert on 8/19 as of today 12/3 I still do not have a complete installed insert that works.

Over 5 weeks ago Riches sold us a hot tub. Well we thought we were buying a hot tub. This company is terrible on communication and fofilling promises. Originally when we purchased the tub it was told that there is a tub in stock and it could delivered in 3 weeks. Then it was changed that they had to order a tub but it would be delivered within 5 weeks. The only communication we get is when we ask what is going on. All we get is we will let you know when we are going to schedule for delivery. If customer service is like this ... read more

Rich’s gave us a good value for the dollar. We had a complicated purchase and installation and accidentally provided incorrect information. Sheryl not only corrected our mistakes, she worked with our contractor to make sure we had the right equipment for the installation we wanted. I would recommend Rich’s to anyone.

We recently purchased a Travis 864 CleanFace gas fireplace from Rich’s for the Home in Lynnwood and our salesperson Sheryl S****** was outstanding! We were on a tight time schedule and Sheryl worked extremely hard to make it happen - personally coordinating the pick up from Travis to our early pick up at the Rich’s store. Sheryl even made several after hour phone calls to us; including over the weekend to answer a few questions as we installed the unit.
