I recently needed to replace a rusted out smoker with a new one. I called Amanda H****, and she suggested a *** ***** ***with some accessories. I have been using it a lot for the last month or so and couldn't be much happier. When Amanda makes a suggestion, it's absolutely worth listening. If you want quality, this is the place to go.

We just purchase a Hot Tub from "Rich's for the Home of Bellevue" and are very happy with the purchase. our sale person was Chris B********* a very knowledgeable young man. He work for us to obtain a wonderful product. From the day we purchase the tub until the day they delivered it things went very smooth. Everything happen just as Chris said it would. Went in for a hot tub and they treated us outstanding! We needed delivery as quickly as possible due to having a deck built around the area where the tub was going and they bent over backwards to make it happen. And it did happen! Easy shopping, easy delivery, and all around an excellent experience. Definitely gets our business again.

My spouse and I recently bought a hot tub from Rich’s in Tacoma. We had been shopping around for awhile and had met many sales people and seen many spas. We were immediately impressed by Anne’s knowledge about various spa options, maintenance needs and upkeep costs. She was also attentive to our needs and very patient with the many questions we had as we learned to care for our spa. We have just purchased a set of patio furniture at Rich’s for the Home. Sheryl was our sales and design consultant. We were very impressed by her terrific customer service. From the time we entered the store Sheryl helped us every step of the way with patience and a designer’s knowledge. She totally went beyond what one would find in almost any retail stores. We look forward to buying additional outdoor ware in the future.

We bought a gas fire pit from Rich's and Sheryl S****** was our sales person. They were having a 4th of July sales event and she gave us a great deal on a beautiful fire pit. I bought the fire pit that was in stock in the warehouse because I had out of town guests staying with us and wanted to enjoy it with them. Because it was late in the day on Sunday she said warehouse was closed and she didn't think that it was possible that there was no one available in the warehouse.
