LOVE the custom seat for my Rocker! Rich's laid back atmosphere, attention to detail, and level of customer service was great! Definately will rexommend to others.
I had one of the best experiences of excellent customer service. Rich and his guys go out of there way to make sure you get the best seat for you. I would highly recommend that you get your seat from Rich before you ever try and other brand. It is worth every penny.

I am very happy with the quality of craftsmanship and the comfort of our heated seats for my Triumph Tiger, I had a great experience in my interactions with Rich and his staff. The staff are very friendly and Rich has some great stories to share. Watching "Stitch Rich" and his staff work is a real treat. This is a very well run shop. We also stayed in their really nice guest room above the shop which was very convenient.
I've had my Rich's custom seat for one year and couldn't be happier with it. After a couple of months breaking it in the seat made the next 20,000 miles so much more comfortable than I could have imagined. All this for a very reasonable price and the morning I spent in his shop getting custom fitted!
This was the best experience I have had in some time. Rich let me stay in there beautiful guest room. Rich's team started on my seat the next morning and even with a major storm coming in they built my seat complete with new seat pan in about 8 hours. I can't say enough about Rich and his amazing team. I love my new seat.
