I had a wonderful experience. I’m so impressed with quality of new seat and professionalism of this company. Riding the 200km home I felt the foam is maybe too thin. A 5 minute phone call and I’m booked in a few days for an adjustment. Just..wow!!!
We got custom seat done for suzuki vstrom a year ago. What a difference it made!. We were kind of skeptical at first but the bikers I knew convinced me to try. My wife and I had issues with the standard seat after two hours of riding. That prevented us from enjoying long trips. So we even stopped planning long trips. Rich does things the way they used to be done! Everything is done by hand and it's like watching an artist work. His goal is 100% customer satisfaction. He earned my satisfaction and respect. I had a small area I wanted a little more comfortable on the seat he made for me a few weekes prior and he rebuilt it and we took more time fine tuning it to get it right, no questions asked. Turned out great and now I can ride for hours. What a great guy. I recommend him and will come back in the future.

I rode 2,500 miles round-trip to CA on my new seat for a HD Deluxe. I love it! I used to almost feel bruised after a long ride and it would be very uncomfortable to get back on the seat once I took a break. I had NONE of that on this trip. I was able to ride just as long as the guys with touring bikes. Thanks to Rich and his crew for your hard work and expertise! I already talked some friends into getting theirs done!?
