Excellent customer service, they explain the entire process and let you hang out and watch while they do all the work. The ride to the ferry and home was so comfortable. I can't wait to put some serious miles on my motorcycle.
Met the professionals at Rich's Saturday morning and amazed at the perfect venue they have created. Greeted with open arms, quickly introduced to the process and the experts recreating my seat. What a difference in comfort and handling my Super Tenere. Aaron narrowed the front which enables my knees to comfortably control the bike and which also permitted my feet to better reach the ground. Total transformation of how I interact with this motorcycle. Priceless!

Everything they do here from hospitality, acommadations and quality of work.
First of all the customer service was exceptional. Was greeted with a smile by Rich and all the staff. They encouraged us to make ourselves right at home. My seat was well done, good quality, was done in good time. I love my seat, so comfortable. I drove up from Vancouver, BC, and well worth the trip. Definitely recommend them. 🙂👍👍
