Rich is very professional before you sign a contract. Gets your money and after that, it is up to him when and how he does your job. You have to be very knowledgeable on contracts, material and detailed installation process to use this guy. I am now looking to re-do the my whole front porch that he installed 2015. I give him one star to indicate his workmanship is very good; but watch on material quality. By the way, he says he guarantees his work but is now citing ***** issues. The work was on my front porch. **** does quality work. His crew is very good, polite and professional. He has done box gutter repairs, paint, and roofing. The work is neat and attractive. **** is very reasonable and responsive. Because of ***** my project was delayed, but once he was able to begin he has stuck with it (some contractors like to start fast, then disappear for weeks, not ****) to completion despite my adding a number of items. This company had my money for eight months and there was no indication that they were ever going to contact me to do the job they were contractually obligated to do. On Oct 11, 2017 I signed a contract, with half the purchase price down, for 5 steps and 2 stringers to be replaced. Eight months later, hearing nothing from Rich's, I called on June 11, 2018, left a message but there was no call-back. SIGNED CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. RICH SAID TWO TO FOUR WEEKS TO START JOB. AFTER NOT HEARING FROM RICH FOR A MONTH I CONTACTED HIM AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD ANOTHER TWO WEEKS.WAITED ANOTHER MONTH WITH NO CONTACT FROM RICH.
