I had my passenger side front window replaced by Rich's Auto Glass at my home. The weather was slightly rainy so I decided to park my truck in my garage so the tech wouldn't have to be in the rain. I called before hand and asked about the glass in the door and if was to be removed. I was assured it would. Not only was the glass still in my door, but there was glass around the area of the repair on my garage floor. They don’t have good installers!
Excellent service. I was worried because I got a rock crack on 99 in oildale. Drove to the dealership and they recommended Rich’s. Got to Rich’s worried the crack was to long. They fixed it so it won’t spread and you can barely see where it was. Great place. Too hot inside tho. Might just be me. Luckily, the wait was a short one.
I always use Rich’s auto glass for my repairs. Great service at a reasonable price.
Definitely recommend Rich’s Auto Glass. Great staff and we were pressed for time being on vacation and someone broke into our car. They had us in and out in 30 minutes. Great job.
