GREAT SERVICE.....GREAT PRICE!! – I called & spoke to Rich @ Rich's Auto Care when my 98 Ford Expedition started making a funny noise under the hood. Rich diagnosed it over the phone. Apparently, 5.4L Triton engines are notorious for having the sparkplugs strip the cylinder head threads and shooting the sparkplugs out. The Ford dealerships wanted over $1000, not including replacement of the cylinder head. Rich was able to repair my cylinder head and get me back on the road for under $500. Great Experience – I was driving home late one afternoon and blew a hose. I pulled into the nearest repair shop (Rich's Auto Care) just as they were closing. They took a look and said they would be happy to stay and make sure things were repaired properly so I could get home. It was apparently difficult to get to and took some time but I don't feel I was charged extra for the time or late hour. During the repair , they noticed one tire was low so they took care of that. THE ONLY SHOP I TRUST – Rich's Auto Care is a great place to get your car serviced. Personally, I do not know much about cars so it's very important for me to depend on an Auto Shop that treats me fair and doesn't try to take advantage of my lack of experience when it comes to cars. Unfortunately, I am not a gear head. My job requires me to take periodic road trips, and as a woman driving alone, I need to ensure I have a car that I can depend on. Slick Talking Rich is a con man – Rich's Auto Care on Overland road to me represents the quintessential Auto Shop we all hear about. They have one goal in mind and that is to get as much money from you as possible for as cheap as possible. Case in point..I brought my Dodge Truck in with a Check engine light on. They had the truck for almost a week and finally said they fixed the "electrical problem" they only billed me for two hours @ 75 an hour, however, three days later, low and behold the check engine light came back on. ... read more
