I would definately recommend Rich's Auto Care to any friend of mine. They are friendly, reliable, and fair. I've owned the same car for eighteen years now and it still runs smoothly and has required hardly any maintenance due to the great service Rich's Auto Care has provided to me.
WAY OVERPRICED !!! SHOP AROUND. WORST EXP> I HAVE EVER HAD. – They fixed my cv axle. ONE side for 270.00 . I asked if they could check out the car for any other problems , because I use the car to see my son in slc. They said "just an oil leak" . one week later my other axle starts knocking ! I call and get a couple quotes from other shops and they average about 170.00!!!! I called frustrated and rich agrees to fix it for that price. Awesome! NNOOOTT . I always bring my car to Rich's Auto Care to get serviced. Everyone here does an excellent job and explain in detail if there's ever a problem. Prices are reasonable and they work quickly.
Reliable – I've been coming to this shop now for almost two years and have yet to be let down. Their prices are always fair and they are conveniently located for me. Repairs have always been done within a reasonable time frame and done correctly.
60k tune up, good experience. – I found the place, got a 60k tune up here, and it was a great experience. Nice to know I've got a good mechanic if I ever need urgent service.
I know my cars are well taken care of. – Everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel like they are talking down to me because I know absolutely nothing about cars, and I always feel like I and my car are being well taken care of.
Honest mechanics. – Reliable service, great customer service, answer questions directly no yada yada! I brought my vehicle to their shop after the first shop strongly recommended a $500+ repair. Rich auto suggested $0, and 2000 miles later Rich's suggestion was correct. Honest.
